Description
MX Ultra is a high-performance double-braided rope that combines durability and strength. Featuring a braided polyester multifilament cover and a core made of impregnated 12-braided HMPE fiber, this rope is designed to deliver exceptional properties for demanding applications. The polyester sheath enhances UV and abrasion resistance, while the HMPE core provides high strength and low elongation.
Material and properties: MX Ultra is constructed with a double-braided design, utilizing two materials for optimal performance:
- Polyester Cover: The outer sheath is made of polyester multifilament fibers, providing excellent UV and abrasion resistance.
- Dyneema Fiber Core: The core is composed of impregnated, braided Dyneema fiber, offering high breaking strength and minimal elongation.
Applications: MX Ultra is suitable for a range of demanding uses, including:
- Towing Lines: Perfect for industrial applications and training equipment, handling demanding lifting and pulling tasks.
- Hoist Lines: The low elongation and black color make it ideal for hoist lines in theaters and performing arts venues.
- Positioning: Designed for precise positioning tasks requiring low elongation and friction in the cover without creep.
Advantages: MX Ultra delivers outstanding performance and versatility, making it ideal for applications where strength and low elongation are critical. Its durable construction and advanced materials ensure reliable performance in industrial, recreational, and specialized environments.
